The 11th World Peace Choral Festival welcomes you! The global pandemics with COVID-19 has been bringing an unprecedented impact worldwide. While trade, culture and community activities are restricted, various music and artistic events have been held online, becoming an important form of encouraging and connecting people: Balcony concerts, choral singing on cloud, online performances, etc. All these activities and forms have been showing the power of music to encourage people and connect the world in this difficult time.
With the international influence of the Covid-19,we announce regretfully that we have to cancel the expected event in Vienna from July 22nd to 25th.
Due to the epidemic, some choirs were unable to submit the required materials on time, and we had to reschedule from May 22 to June 12.

Dear Music Friends, we had hope that due to the fast and courageous counter measures for the COVID-19 pandemic by the Austrian Government the situation would ease off in time and the World Peace Choral Festival could take place as planned.
We are pleased to announce that United Nations Headquarters in Vienna has again extended its warm invitation to the participants in the 11th World Peace Choral Festival. All choirs will be invited and have the chance to perform at the United Nations Headquarters in Vienna during 15th July and 17th July,2020.
Everyone can sing”, which is actively promoted during his decades of teaching by Professor Gerald Wirth, Artistic Director of Vienna Boys' Choir and President of Artistic Committee of the World Peace Choral Festival.
During past years, choirs participated in the festival have sold their souvenir articles from their home country and donated the money to UNICEF. UNICEF has highly praised such activities and issued honorary certificates to the participants.
Dear friends, We are happy to announce that we have a new location for the “Voice for Peace” concert at our 10th “World Peace Choral Festival” in Vienna, Austria.
We are pleased to announce that Professor Wu Lingfen will act as the president of the jury of the 9th World Peace Choral Festival.
